Loewen NY Project

This project showcases a highly custom window and door installation built around architectural curves and sightline precision. Large-scale double-hung windows with upper transoms were installed to frame ocean-facing views and flood the home with natural light. A sweeping radius wall integrates continuous window units, adding drama and softness to the structural design. Custom French doors with sidelites and arched headers complement the space with elegance and accessibility. Interior framing was coordinated closely to ensure exact window centering and symmetry throughout. Traditional grille patterns blend seamlessly with modern proportions to maintain timeless character. Oval accent windows and transoms add unique focal points across key elevations. All units were selected for both their energy performance and design flexibility.
